In and around Dorset

After a great nights sleep and a relaxed breakfast the day began with morning coffees at Richard & Dees (Ken & Lynnes friends) beautiful home where they have just started B&B. We then drove into Blandford and strolled through the main street while Lynne took the dogs for their injections. After this Ken drove us to Salisbury where we had a light lunch and walked around the market and generally cruised about. On the way home Ken called at his friend James' farm where we enjoyed a good cuppa in their big old English kitchen. We then drove back to prepare an early BBQ meal then the guys drove into the village hall to hear Steve an ex SBS marine speak on his life, including his experience in the military which they thoroughly enjoyed.
